Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit sajidghori.com or send an email. In short: the website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Who is responsible
Sajid Khan Ghori is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact:info@sajidghori.com.
What is processed, and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type | Delivering the website securely and finding faults or attacks | Legitimate interest in a secure, working website | As long as the hosting provider keeps its logs |
| Emails you send: your name, email address and message | Replying to your enquiry about courses, mentorship or media | Steps you ask for before a possible agreement, and legitimate interest in answering | 24 months after the last contact, unless a course agreement requires longer |
Cookies and tracking
The website loads nothing from other companies: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social-media plug-ins. The fonts are served from this website. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The social-media logos at the bottom of each page and on the contact page are plain links, drawn by this website: nothing is loaded from those networks unless you click one. A network's own privacy policy applies once you are on its site.
One thing is stored on your device, and only if you ask for it: when you click the light/dark theme button, your browser remembers the theme you chose (in its local storage, under the name "sg-theme"), so the next page opens in the same theme. It is never sent to this website or to anyone else, and it stays until you clear your browser's site data. If you never click the button, nothing is stored.
Service providers
- Hostinger hosts the website and receives the server logs described above.
- The email provider of info@sajidghori.com receives and stores the emails you send.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses; you can ask for details at the email address above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data-protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email info@sajidghori.com. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.
Sending an email is voluntary. Without your email address it is not possible to reply to you. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Please do not send sensitive data
Please do not send passwords, trading-account numbers, ID documents or other confidential information by email.
Changes
If the way the website handles data changes, this page is updated and its date changes.
